Joel A. Joel specializes in working collaboratively with business clients from formation through to sale, succession or dissolution, developing growth strategies, advising on governance, and resolving business disputes.

Joel earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
