He has handled high value acquisitions and divestitures, complex commercial and residential real estate developments, including consulting on financing, environmental concerns, and the municipal approval process. Marc has provided legal assistance on more than $400,000,000 in real estate transactions for local, national, and multi-national clients. Marc chairs the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups and is a Managing Member of Apex Law.
